Jairo, Orjia and the HQ are back after so long! And now, it's their moment to shine!
Man, I don't even know what to say. I can't believe this moment is real. I never thought it would happen. Third time's the charm as they say...
Making this game a reality has been my dream since 2020. Think about it: 4. Years.
Think about all of the stuff that has happened in the world or in your life in the past 4 years.
Probably a lot, huh?
This is a reminder to never give up on your dreams. Sometimes they may be though to achieve, but as long as it's somewhat realistic, it *will* happen at some point. However:
If you really want something to happen you have to work for it.
I know it's been said a million times, but that's because it's true.
You can't really expect it to happen randomly while sitting around doing nothing, you have to pour your own sweat into it.
Look at me, until very recently I barely even knew how to draw.
Now I've managed to draw an entire game.
I also had no idea about coding, but I learned, and now, I've managed to code an entire game all by myself.
You know, it may not be the best game in the world, but I'd say it's an acomplishment at the very least.
I'm so happy and proud of myself that I really don't know what to say, so I'll let the actions speak for themselves:
Go and play the game if you're up to it. I hope everyone has a good time ʌʌ
If you're having trouble figuring out the gameplay or something like that, do not be afraid to ask me about it.
I'll help you out with the mechanics. I tried as hard as I could to make them as easy to understand in-game, but I'm not sure if it worked out.
As a basic tip (this was said in the previous devlog):
The characters may sometimes try to gaslight you into thinking they're going to a specific camera or door but may actually go to a place you didn't expect them to go to, so always check all of the adjacent cameras whenever someone moves.
If you don't see someone anywhere, that means they're on their way to get you...
You may also notice that you'll probably finish the "main" nights with a lot of power left. That's on purpose, as it's not meant to be a "main" mechanic. It just exists so that you can't have the doors closed 24/7 and still win.
Trust me, that additional power will come very handy in 20 mode. Despite the custom night being in the extras menu, I still consider it as part of the main game just as much as easy mode and hard mode, and in my eyes, you haven't truly beaten the game until you beat All Max.
Report any bugs you find btw! I'll try my best to fix them...
Oh and don't forget this is a joke game! I'd recommend not taking anything it shows or says too seriously... (I mean, there's an entire character that's just a walking png, lol)
I'd also like to know your opinion on the game if you play it. Like for example, did you like it? Did you think it was too easy, too hard, or boring? What do you think should be changed? etc.
(Oh, and if you're wondering why Jairo and Orjia look like that in this image, well... Expect me to explain it in a future post, talking about how the revival of this game came to be. There are some hints about it here and there in the game too)
Ok, that is all! Have fun! ʌʌ
