Koppy Kopsocks

The game's ROM won't be compatible with the normal gameboy. It's gameboy colour only now.

This video shows the gameplay on normal Gameboy mode, I don't even have to describe the issues.

The compatability causes limitations too! So it's not worth keeping.

Drew an artwork of #Kopsocks on my phone!

(Yeah I kinda intended it to make it a phone wallpaper lol)

Late birthday gift: New equipment! (ipad + pen)

And bought procreate with 15€ I got from my game. Very great investment.

I still have to get used to the program and from the pen (I used to only draw with my finger). So my art will be different from usual!

Loving procreate so far!

Decided to finally draw a full piece, so I drew Sonic blowing up some egg gunners (like on that one trailer for the 2005 TGS demo of Sonic 2006).

Also got inspired in KornArt3 (artist on newgrounds) for this artstyle in specific.

A preview of what the box-art of Kopsocks will look like!

It was kinda hard to make it, I had to remove some additional art just to make the logo fit in... Less is more anyways!

There's going to be more variants of the box-art, like localized box-arts.

2 Factor Authentication. Like the Google authenticator code or at least a confirmation code through email or SMS.

This has been discussed a lot of times many years ago on the forums, but Gamejolt really needs to add this at some point.

Concept art for "Excalinine" (game).

Its development hasn't really started yet (aside from a bunch of old Scratch prototypes).

I'm still developing "Koppy Kopsocks", and I got 3 final exams this month, so this project will take a while to start walking.

Rebuilding the cake themed level! It now has a whole different layout (but still keeps the "vertical" level design feel).

And also enhanced the gameplay flow by letting the player charge a jump while he's in the air! (Good luck speedrunning this game!)

1st level: almost done!

Here's a final preview of the 1st level. It consists of 2 separate sections (so far), and a path that will lead to the 2nd level (taking place underground).

Trying out the ink brushes in Procreate. They're satisfying to draw with!

Highly inspired in Satoshi Okano's take on Sonic's design (from the Sonic Adventure redesign contest).

Preview of the 2nd level: cave!

After beating the 1st level with green grass and blue skies... You'll fall down into a rocky and dark level, with moles & falling estalactites!

(Tileset not final. The level will have proper tiles after done playtesting.)
