There are many places in this city where those with money and prestige gather to spend the afternoon surrounded by luxury and others like them. One of these places is the gentlemen’s club, a fine establishment located in the rich quarter.

Right after crossing the door you’ll find yourself in a rather small room, one could say it’s almost as small as a wardrobe (one of those huge wardrobes that the upper-class keeps in their manors of course). There’s a single clerk that watches the entrance and keeps track of who’s going in, after all, it wouldn’t be such a fine establishment if anybody could get in. To enter the club you must be either a member (and have a card to prove it) or come along with one.

Then there’s the main room, where members relax, have a drink and have discussions that could shape the future of our city. There are some tables in the main area as well as a more private option for those who need to address sensitive matters.

Needless to say, for somebody like you, who just arrived to the city after inheriting from a distinguished member of this community, shouldn’t have any trouble getting invited to this select club.

In fact, some people might already be thinking of inviting you in order to start what could be a beneficial relationship. Who knows? A little bird told us that Thomas Everett, who owns a business in the central quarter, might already have an eye on you.
