So here's my rough interpretation of what's happening:
A game developer team consistently gets their games leaked by someone. So I think it's fair for a gamedev to do something about that, because if something gets leaked, anything else can get leaked, too.
Another user acts creepy on Discord and streams themselves showering or something like that. They also use the bathroom during a Discord call.
Quite a few people commit controversial actions on Discord, according to the gamedev, who is facing harassment from those people.
One of the people mentioned in the document is a user who has supposedly continued the drama, but has also apologised for his actions. Meanwhile the others have not.
That's how I'm interpreting all of this. I have no idea how accurate it is, but I plan to post the document regarding all of this at some point. So maybe that will shed some light on exactly what's going on for some people.
