1. REPORT OBJECTIVE
To document a series of abnormal events occurring at the headquarters construction site over the past six weeks, impacting scheduling, crew morale, and overall safety. These incidents fall outside the scope of usual technical malfunctions.

Work progressed according to schedule until early September. Initial events were reported in isolation before multiplying and intensifying.

• 3.3. Temporal and Sensory Anomalies:

  • Concordant reports mention "gaps" in the day, where workers lose their sense of time (loss of 1 to 3 hours without realizing it), often on the upper floors or in the basements.

  • Recurrent sounds of whispers or scratching within walls, localized and impossible to trace.

4. NOTABLE INCIDENTS & TESTIMONIES

• Incident #12: On 10/12, the finishing crew refused to work in the 2nd-floor bathrooms, citing an "oppressive atmospheric pressure" and the persistent feeling of being touched by invisible hands.

• Incident #15: During their follow-up visit on 10/20, the main client, Mr. Enzo Bianchi, and his partner, Ms. Eline, insisted on inspecting the basements alone. Upon their return, Mr. Bianchi was extremely pale and requested access to the initial land surveys, murmuring repeatedly: "There is something in the dark, but too dark to see, unless you fall asleep." Ms. Eline, for her part, categorically refused to go back down, without further comment.

• Incident #17: Three workers decided to spend the night on site to "solve the mystery." They left before dawn, without collecting their belongings, and have since refused to set foot on the site again.
