So, yeah the 'Secret Mode' in FEUR (otherwise known as TI: 4, and yes i know, i havent even finished the first game in the Project TI series) has become a seperate game to FEUR, but they will still share a gamepage, and with the Split 2.1.0 of FEUR is now almost done (as the revamp of TI: 4 was the only thing really holding it back) so get excited for that.
