We FINALLY squashed the bug! I'm currently rendering the video version of the fight, and we will be simultaneously releasing the fight as playable and premiering the video, too. If you want, you can totally just play the game for a blind experience, or you can watch the video to see the canon decisions, etc, and go off the rails.
There is one ending, but there are a few ways to get TO that ending, and there is also an additional scene for nohitting the fight and altered dialogue for certain choices and actions not taken in the canon run. We did a more linear fight because it made sense for this point in the story but hope that these extra options and the presentation will make up for that. I've played all the betas, and I personally think Philip made something really special!
