Outboard is available for Pinwheel, Valhalla, and Porkchop

Warn Player out of action points

Simple Boat wake FX

Hint to use Outboard when traveling long distances

Easier to get gear into Neutral

Boat accelerates too fast

Stuck icon doesn’t represent state

Not in fishing mode when coming out of Cockpit

Was able to click on map through Boat Station

Spare Prop card to support trolling and outboard

Assorted bug fixes
