So, here we are, I’m deciding the future of the project here and now.
I’m going to go ahead and leave out some features I want to add in the RPG maker version because I’ve decided, with the recent purchase of Game Maker Studio 2 a few weeks ago, and a new computer yesterday, I want that to be the definitive version.
So I’m just going to go ahead and finish up the RPG Maker version, get it bug tested, and released as “Fragile Hearts, Concept Edition”
I don’t expect it to be the best, I don’t expect it to be amazing, but I expect it to show off some ideas I have planned for the future, oh, and most of the plot points and the endings.
And then use what I’ve learned from all of this to make as great of a version as my mind will let me. With as much as I can reasonably do.
Is it a bit ambitious? Yeah.
But I think it’s reasonable.
It’ll keep me focused, it’ll let me fix everything I see as wrong with my previous version, and it’ll allow me to see feedback and stuff I need to change regarding story stuff too.
Overall, it’ll allow to start over, without starting over completely, you know?
Also… Thank you for nearly 3 years of support! I hope to keep going strong.
