Undertale: Bits and Pieces v4.2.4 Released

The most awaited of bugfixes.

General Changes:

Fixed the infamous Hotland L1 Door by blocking off the entrance.
Added some slightly different Genocide level up dialogue.

Still no Suzy just yet, but it won't be too long 'til she shows up!
