Hello everyone!
We at the team are proud to say that a lot of progress has been made for past few days in UTO's development, and we have a lot to say in this Devlog about it! And are proud to announce this as our first monthly update article.
The Proof of Concept
The Proof of Concept is going quite well, so far, the only things missing from it that already are in the original game are saving, an inventory, and certain menus here and there. But all over-world interactions, collisions, and bullet hell mechanics are there! We expect to finish things up shortly.
Of course, we do have bugs here and there that mess up some features, but we're confident we can get them fixed up soon enough!
The Story
UTO's story is still largely in development, but a lot has been planned so far. As you know from our description, Dante, our main protagonist, has the soul of Bravery. Yet unlike Frisk or Chara, they didn't fall, but rather jumped into the Underground in search of his sister.
Dante will travel the same Underground we all know and love, except for a few exceptions, such as the expanded (and in core-struction) CORE, New Home, and a new area called The Starlight Fields. Which you will hear more about soon.
In terms of NPCs, a lot has been planned as well, from shopkeepers to main characters, to most monster designs. Such as Muggit here, a denizen of the Dark Ruins.

The Demo
We're also quite proud to announce that a Demo is being planned as you read. The release date or any real details about it, I cannot tell, as the Team's still quite busy fiddling with game mechanics for The Proof of Concept. Yet, know that the idea is in the works and that there are some interesting things planned out.
