Added highscore table at game over and top 100 scores will be shown in game at their height.
Added controls to menu.
Added fullscreen/windowed button.
Scores are now stored as highest point gotten, instead of height at death.
Steps can now rotate.
Now shows how far down lava is (if you’re not too far up because reasons).
General improvements and bugfixes.
