To celebrate my favorite Castlevania character’s addition to the upcoming Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, I drew sprites for Richter Belmont and added him to the game!

I drew Richter’s sprites to match his official artwork design, and not his in-game sprite as seen in Castlevania Rondo of Blood, Dracula X, Symphony of the Night, etc.

Much like his Smash counterpart, his moveset and parameters are an exact copy of Simon Belmont. If you enjoy playing as Simon in this game, then you’ll be right at home with Richter!

You might also notice HeatMan in the first screenshot above—who, at the time of writing, is not present in version 0.0.8 of the game. The next version of MegaMan Armada will bring a large number of Robot Masters for Boss Rush mode, so stay tuned!

Enemies can also suddenly spawn through Realm Rifts. These Rift Spawns are going to be stronger than the ones wandering around. TBD on the enemies... #screenshotsaturday #godstear #madewithunity
