Now the title screen, there will be mini icons for completing certain things in-game! Like the first game, after floor 3 you will unlock the clown icon! And so forth, there will be a total of 4 atm to collect! (Maybe more in the future!)

Now let’s talk about some changes to probabilities! (YAY MATH!!) so on the first floor you must collect a key, the changes to find the key we’re changed again! So let’s see the math!

1st beta: chance to find the key (20% chance!) but that was a bit low for me.

2nd beta: chances to find the key (~33.33% chance!) but still a bit low, I want you to be able to find it kinda quickly because this is the tutorial.

3rd beta: chances to find the key (50% chance!) that’s good! So right now that it, I can’t raise it anymore.

So next update it will either have to be 100% or stay at 50% if I like that, but idk.

An update about a bug that I talked about! I changed the load time on the screen, it’s an additional 70 milliseconds. It’s to avoid the bug with stuff randomly popping up because the game is loading and reading save files, so it created another issue, of course! Once you crush on bug, you create more! So this one is a super minor one that might be left in the game, unless I figure something out, but for now when you close the settings screen you’ll see the mini loading screen that will pop up for the 70 millisecond, it’s just a tiny little thing that causes no harm. We will see.

Now what’s new?

Well the usual, working on stuff like normal, working on floor 4. Its going to take a little a bit of time to figure out because I want to try a different kinda puzzle on it (for a side quest) and it’s a bit tricky because of angles and screen stuff (Wait… more math! Dang it!) Also been thinking of adding some mini game to waste your “Freakshow circus tokens” at once you buy every item in the shop! (Idk if that’s something you guys want to see, if you do just tweet at me or get my attention!)

I also added a new feature, it’s your heart rate! (Well kinda) You don’t see any fancy numbers or anything but there will be a heartbeat icon once and only when you’re health is 80% gone, but there’s a way to slow it down! What?! Yes, if you use your inhaler, there’s small chance it lowers your heartbeat! (But not much, might mess with it soon,)

Tips! I recently add useful tips to the loading screen! Just some useful ones with controls and also added some with lore. (Nothing much but mostly tips)

I also added the subtitles button into the settings screen! Ya. That’s it, not much more. Yay! (It’s a small but useful feature for everyone!)

The demo,

We need to talk about it, I released a demo, but currently I got no feedback from it, so I guess everything is alright? I’ll be finalizing it soon to be the official game version, I might update the Demo with the most recent version of mini game mode (version 1.2) but idk yet. But it takes a bit of time to do because I got to recode all the exits ( whenever the game skips to another frame)

The future of the game, well I keep getting asked about a release date. Well I don’t have one, this summer or by the end of 2018. It’s been a super long production for one game from me. I will hopefully have it done by then. I’ll keep you posted! I been busy with personal issues and also just joined production on another game! Will announce these projects when I get the chance!
