Update on Slow Progress

Ok, so things have been going a little slow with Bomber Cat. We are still fleshing out our engine, so Bomber Cat is still benefiting from this, as it is things we would have needed to do anyways. However, we were already quite a ways into development of Ballf before we entered the gamejam where we made BomberCat. We’ve gotten more attention from Ballf than we have for BomberCat, so we are going to focus more on Ballf, and continue BomberCat more in the background as the engine is expanded on.

If you are interested, Ballf is a voxel based golf-style game. It currently has a demo with a new HUD and SFX, and includes 3 courses that have 9 holes each. These include a typical golf course, a town course that takes place in stores, backyards, cemetaries, etc, and a bathroom level where you are only a couple inches tall.

Demo can be found on our indieDB page at http://lucidcatstudio.itch.io/ballf, or on our Itch.io page here: http://www.indiedb.com/games/ballf! (Sorry, for whatever reason it wouldn’t let me add pictures or links the proper way)
