Update on this project

Well, there’s a bit to cover about where this project is. Though I am losing a lot of motivation to do this, but I know that you guys will LOVE this game when the full version’s out. First off we have the testing progress, and Cross enjoyed what the new beta had to offer. He did say it was a bit more difficult than the Night 1 beta, too. (So this game MIGHT be a little harder than what you guys originally thought.) But overall the testing went really well, and it turns out I got a lot of the potential bugs or mediocre gameplay mechanics fixed while working on said beta. So it should just be a few more of these in the coming month(s), and hopefully you guys will FINALLY have the full game. This project is also taking a long time because I want the gameplay to be better than the original ONaB. (Because THAT game was utter crap.) No matter what anyone says about the original ONaB, this game is already around 5 times better than it, and that’s only counting the demo. Another thing, general progress so far. I just have to finish the main gameplay, and get all the cutscenes and extra stuff set up. (Which the main gameplay is probably going to take a bit of time to finish, because I want this to be the best version of ONaB.) Lastly, trailers. So i’ve been working on the game, and it turns out that the current trailer is actually no longer relevant to how the game looks. So I have already started work on a new trailer that will give you guys more info about the game and how it will ACTUALLY play. But I want to release that trailer closer to the game’s release. Chances are, it’s gonna be out either a day or a few days before the full game’s launch, so be wary of that. Alright, that’s everything with the progress so far. It will probably be a month or two, depending on my motivation for this project. But I know that you guys will honestly enjoy this game when the full version comes out. If I end up not making anymore devlog posts until the trailer drops, see you in the trailer. ;)

...ONE...

Release Candidate 1 of the new update has been publicly released. Merry late Christmas, I decided to release what I have at the moment for people to play, and there's a questionnaire link below to suggest changes.

Progress... Visual effects, some camera effect reworks, lighting tweaks, and Springlock Lucifus jumpscare implemented. New jumpscare sounds for Prototypes (basement), as well as Maskman and Metal Maskman.

A new screenshot has been added...

The teeth used by a poopy-eating bucket helmet... Terrifying. So this is what an HDR Kick Bucket Cross' teeth would look like...

One last screenshot for all of you to enjoy...

New Screenshots There are some new screenshots for all of you to enjoy.

Touched up the basement level camera graphics again, and I'm much happier with them now. Just bright and clear enough :) New vs old example (my favorite one out of all of them) :

I've released a demo showcasing a bunch of proposed changes for the updated version of the game; namely a complete overhaul of the heating mechanic. There's also a Google Form for after you play the demo build, to give feedback.
