The alpha build will be receiving a patch in the near future to fix some of the visual assets from the current one. as you might have seen some music is missing(like the title theme) and some sprites are different types. its mostly ones like these that need fixing. while working on the alpha before release i tried to make it look and play as good as possible before doing so(i play tested a lot)the only thing that may seem sloppy is probably paralax backgrounds.(in all honestly i pretty much suck at it minus the looping moving ones)i may seek out some help for it in the possible future but for now the paralax is the least of my concerns, it might be a while before i show any footage of knuckles’s sections as i still have yet to think of something for him. also just to set the in game chronoligy, each character’s segment takes place at a different time to eachother(for example knuckle’s scenario happens before Tails’)
Lastly about the button mapping section, if the buttons are invisible to you i dont know what to tell you. i dont know why it does that and i cant find a way to fix it.(plus the controler support in the Delta engine is greatly different to the default sonic worlds’)
BTW: in the main menu only the New game and Quit game options work at the moment as i plan to set them up later on since this game has quickly gained the notice of people id rather have the build playable with only a few minor bugs than it be half hearted, broken and or unplayable.
