Reworked enemy laser behavior(eater, watcher, ?!?!?)

Difficulty reworked; added hard difficulty;
Easy difficulty; the player doesn’t create planets, fewer enemies, and less boss hp.
Normal difficulty; planets only affect blasts.
Hard difficulty: planets affect blasts and player movement, more enemies, and more boss hp.
