Updated my Culling code so Farms work when out of view.

It's kinda hard to know just by looking at the video, but according to the debug log, the Goblin was able to harvest Pineapple while they were all Culled (Goblin, the farm, the soil).

In the video you can see that before I flew away, there was only 2 Pineapples planted but there are 3 when I returned.

If it wasn't for the debug log I would have assumed that was planted as they were unculled but nope! At least 2 Pineapples were harvested before that.
