I know scorpions aren't *quite* insects, but I am willing to make an exception for a super interesting shape. You also need a good mischievous-looking guy in a creature collector sometimes.

Mae Borowski is the main character of Night in the Woods! It's an adventure game that tells the story of her return to her hometown of Possum Springs. She was confirmed as canonically pan in a social media post by the game's creator Scott Benson.
I was worried the "blockers" in INSECTILE would annoy players - but many cited them as the best parts of the demo!
So, I'm working on new blocker types today : ) Bees leave honey splotches and water skimmers have armor that pops like bubble wrap!
Long-time fans will remember this tricky Insectile - I've circled back around to make her path finding even smarter!
I think it'll be a super fun break in exploration to avoid some flying stingers! 🐝
