V1.0.3 Update, the MatPatch™ is now live!


  • Fixed: Notes staying on screen when dying or accessing the menu.

  • Fixed: Not loading corridor to final motel room (after ritual zone).

  • Fixed: Doll not appearing at forest cabin.

  • Fixed: Rushing lines tension music still playing when going to Main Menu.

  • Fixed: Getting stuck in Pause Menu when dying.

  • Fixed: Message Trigger showing in final game.

  • Fixed: Can interact repeatedly with final grandfather clock.

  • Fixed: Candles not rendering flame on low graphics settings.

  • Fixed: Maze breaking if player dying there.

  • Fixed: Puzzle are door not closing a second time and so on.

  • Fixed: Not repeating doll animation at the beginning of puzzle area.

  • Added: Note added into Cave to remind players who have forgotten what objects to collect.

Our final update to the standalone version of The Sorrowvirus will include a slew of improvements based on important feedback from all of you. It'll also include a visual overhaul of certain areas, most notably, the sewer, as pictured!
