This time, I've changed the mechanics for leveling up locations. I noticed that leveling up each location individually doesn't make sense. It's too easy to level them up at low levels and lacks challenge.
There's now a general danger level that increases if the player successfully wins a run in one of the locations. The danger level affects the levels of locations the player is offered to complete.
When the danger level reaches a key value, a boss location appears. I'll continue working on bosses.
