Yes, I am still working on it!
A quite a bit of progress has been made in the past two months - I’ve added new rooms and objects (like moving platforms!), tweaked the controls and added bindings for IWBTG players, polished the game a whole lot in general, optimised it, added frameskip, better effects, sprites, menu, there’s now a custom CRT shader…
All of this sounds exciting, but the best feature of all is that the game will finally include online leaderboards, for both regular and tool-assisted speedruns!
I’d like to give a shout-out to Sandsky0 who provided me with some helpful feedback to make the game as speedrun-friendly as possible.
I’m hoping to release this update within a month, if all goes well.
