While I sacrifice my time on the altar of programming and design, I found someone's help in form of modeling, by András Maczkó! Although he only creates basic meshes for opponents and other npc's, it is still a huge help!

For a detailed environment, we use pre-baked 3d renders that have their own pbr texture, giving a highpoly but real-time changing look!
