After talking to some of you, guys I figured out that the game has a problem running on Windows 7 due to its complicated (and old) engine.
In order to play the game, I highly recomend you to download this stuff:http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/install-and-use-windows-xp-mode-in-windows-7
And read this article: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/magazine/ee851564.aspx
After that, feel free to play it!
