Windows build 0.3.4

Removed the HTML5 specific stuff from the Windows build. Now it won't crash if you minimize window or alt+tab out.

Participating in my first Game Jam was a lot of fun. I'd love it if everyone checked out Aliens Ate My Internet and provided some feedback.
