Hello people!
With the introduction of the GameJolt Marketplace, I saw an opportunity to ask for a little extra support for my games :D
Alright, Alright, I know I sound like a sellout. But please hear me out.
First of all I like to make clear that Welcome to the Mansion will always be free. The demo is free, and the final product will be too.
I put a huge amount of time and effort in this game, and I’m doing this without receiving any money for it. And to be honest, I’m fine with this. However since Gamejolt has introduced the market place now, it seemed like a great opportunity for me to ask for support. But just choosing the PayWhatYouWant option didn’t seem appealing to me. I wanted to show the people who support me some love. So I created a special package for them: The supporter’s edition!. Besides the normal WttMR game, I also included concept art and the Ost.
I will add more in the future, but this is just a small token of my appreciation for people who support me.
Everyone who pays more than $1 dollar will also be included in the credits of the final game, unless they indicate they don’t want to. :)
I will add more extra stuff to this package every once in a while. One of the things I will add are previous versions of Welcome to the Mansion, and Welcome to the Mansion Remastered.
I have a lot more planned, but for now it’s just a small way for me to say thanks to people who want to donate money to me.
What will I do with the money I hear you ask.
~Buy a steam developer license. So I can put this game on Steam, for free.
~Divide the money with HonorofStyle, he created the music to this game.
~All extra money I receive will be used to improve the game in one way or another. This means me buying better suited equipment for my computer, and who knows what else. But I will put all the money I receive from this game directly back in to this game.
If you want to support me, you now can! :D But don’t feel like you have to. Because you don’t. I made this game free for a reason.
Anyways Thank you so much for reading, and I’ll see you next time!
