Here's some progress on Shadow's model, this is running in the latest version of Blender (I'll show the Unity version soon) There are some posing issues as the current animation rig is temporary, I'm mainly trying to show off the shaders

Hey, new build! rewrote the physics from scratch (again)
and now the project is open-source so now you can actually see the code and edit it and i'm cool with it! (obv say you're using the thing)
