Game
Mario and Luigi: Superstar Simulator

You see this little guy on the character select screen? That's Peppino. It seems like most of you don't know who he is or where he's from. I'll fill you in on the details in the article

Peppino is from an indie game in the making called Pizza Tower. Pizza Tower is an action platformer inspired by the Wario Land series (specifically 4). Pizza Tower Guy is the creator of the game (yes that's what he goes by). You can get very creative with the movement options. There's the dash grab, ground pound, roll, uppercut, style moves, taunt, etc. It's a fast paced game, so thinking fast will get you closer to victory. To beat a level/tower, you must go to the end of it and take down John the Pillar. Once he's dealt with, the tower starts to collapse and you need to run back to the start before time runs out. The Noise is Peppino's arch rival. He hates pizza. He is of course inspired by Domino's old mascot The Noid. If you'd like to try out Pizza Tower, you can look up the demos on Pizza Tower Guy's itch.io page

Here's a work in progress of Mr. L's third attack: his signature super jump! There's 2 parts to it, the first being the aiming of where you land and then charging up the power. With spiky enemies like Basilisx here, you'll have to intentionally miss

The first boss battle of the next update is none other than the great Papyrus! Luigi seems to be struggling a bit... but he has something up his sleeve this time. Read the article for details on Papyrus' attacks

What's really funny about the poll is that Sonic was the least voted for. I bet you changed your mind now XD (Work in progress)

Gonna be trying out a new damage output equation in a future update, much more complex than what there is now and it'll make battles much more interesting

Here's a heavy work in progress of the new pause menu! More options will be available, but for now I added the ability to choose between each available palette

I reached 2000 subscribers on Youtube, so to celebrate, the special video will break a long running code barrier I've had

To thank you for the overwhelming support the release of the new update has received, here's a sneak peek at something I'm working on! (Wip)

Through some quick testing, I can confirm that Superstar Simulator works perfectly on Steam Deck! All you need to do is add the EXE file to your Steam Library, set the launch option to Proton, and set your controls to keyboard and touch screen!

The first two player battle is here!!! I finally figured out how to code it, and the first boss fight to celebrate is quite the unorthodox one. Iconic duo vs iconic duo. Enjoy, and thank you for this wonderful milestone!

The first test for detailed palette swapping was successful (for the most part)!
