Zero-G Nuclear Space T3TRIS: Post-Jam Build. Less Glitch / More Polish (v1.1.0)


Now that Dreamhack Austin Jam’s results are out (this game was one of the 10 winners), here is a new post-jam build of Zero-G Nuclear Space T3TRIS. Less glitch, more polish.

Changes:

  • Fixed issue of being able to gain infinite points by accelerating a piece that can’t quite dock.

  • Fixed rare issue of the first piece not showing up, or the game stopping after the first piece is docked.

  • Added exhaust trail for pieces as they approach the station, for better readability.

  • Added collision sparks for when a piece is sliding against the station, unable to dock.

  • Pieces cannot continue accelerating after they’ve touch the station.

Next up

Here's how to type words with fingers. Now I can start making the real levels. There will be buzzsaws and lava floors.

Just started on this jam today. Made a happy little anthropomorphic finger character, ready to do some typing.

Couch co-op for up to 10 players, who all control anthropomorphic fingers. Step on the special button to randomize the appearance of the finger and distinguish it from the other fingers.
