My favorite power-up, if this counts as a power-up, would be the Context-Sensitive buttons from Conker!
Why? Simple: they're sensitive to context, making them useful in any situation! Plus, they make 'ting' 'ding' sounds when you walk on them!

While waiting for Ludum Dare 56, I am prototyping new stuffs in this game.
The result is good but other mechanics had to be adjusted to fit this new stuffs.
