Fixed crashes regarding weapons.

Buffed The Anomaly's health and defense (4550 > 5050, 30 > 35) to fit all waves.

Revamped and nerfed some of Anomaly's waves.

Attempted to fix softlock at Noelle fight after destroying the Shield.
