Questions in Game Dev

seeing alot of FNAF fangames on here and i'm wanting to work in 3d again. Would a FNAF Toolkit for unity appeal to anyone? and if so would anyone want to contribute any models for it?

I need help finding an engine that free, drag and drop, and does not steal all my information what should I get? I have already tried GDevelop and it didn't really work for me.

Can anyone teach me how to create a game? Specifically not a 2d sidescroller, as I've already made those. I have no access to paid content of any sort... Please contact me if you can help. (note: While I know some coding, I've never been formally taught.)
