Questions in Game Jolt

Ok so there is this weird bug floating around for a while now. If you would search up "sonic.exe" On this website, while scrolling down through the results, the page turns into this.
Uhm...I found this problem when I tried to get into the app on my laptop, when I tried to open it, it says that it's currently running but it wasn't running anywhere else from my laptop!
Can this problem be fixed please.

Ok, Why does my GameJolt say it's Unresponsive, I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT TO MAKE IT CRASH! Please Guy's, Just fix this, It's just so annoying to me
