looking at how gamejolt authenticates, i'm a little concerned. are there any plans for a more secure non-google auth system? (or am i stupid and there's one already in place)

@gamejolt i downloaded the desktop app and it wont let me turn off notifications while im out of the app. even when i try to play games. i edited my settings but they still keep appearing. please help
