Are we allowed to cuss if its not directly pointed at somebody in a mean way?

I've mentioned this elsewhere, but just in case:

The delays with PA2020 means that the POPGOES reboot WON'T be called POPGOES 2020 Edition.

It will be given a proper subtitle eventually, but for now, we're just gonna be calling it "the POPGOES reboot"!
