Guide in Scratch

I'm trying to add an option to the game that adds arrow skins from different creators, but the positions end up wonky cus im using "if [clone id] = 1 then switch costume to [arrowskin] and set x position to [#] y to [#]" can someone help me?

Question: How can I convert an sb3 file to an application that runs on Windows? [A windowed game made in scratch, such as the one published on GAMEJOLT].

I don't know what software I should use to convert it.
