Story Overview

Achluophobia is a psychological horror game played from either a first-person or third-person perspective (you can switch between them in the settings).

In the game, you can take on the roles of three characters: Clara Schneider, James Voss, and Mike Ashford. Each of them is important to the story. Clara Schneider and James Voss are members of the mafia, so their storylines are connected, while Mike is a separate character.

All of their stories revolve around a mysterious house on the outskirts of Raven City. Each of them falls for a fake advertisement offering thousands of dollars to inspect the house and prove whether it is haunted by supernatural entities. It seems simple until they discover that behind everything stands a mutating monster known as Freddy.

At the moment, I’ve added NVIDIA DLSS 4 to Achluophobia!!!!!!!!!. As for path tracing and ray tracing, I’ll think about whether I want to dive into that and spend even more time on the demo.

Just woke up with a quick update I’m planning optional path tracing (maybe ray tracing too) and NVIDIA DLSS4 for Achluophobia. This is still only in the planning stage I’m saving up for an RTX5090 but the build will run fine on any RTX that supports DLSS4
