Underswap: Obligation is the new and officially rebranded version of Distrust - Difficult Mode by @Keanechiii 
. Underswap: Obligation revolves around not only reimagining the concept of Sans being disgusted with your actions and 'motives’ while also giving it that 2020 community vibe era to it, but it also creates a new and expansive experience, where after you aborted the genocide route after killing Papyrus, and Papyrus grows some suspicion over a feeling of deja vu where he saw himself getting slaughtered, he comes to the assumption that you're behind this which is why he decided to confront you earlier to see if you're the culprit.
Papyrus afterward ends up dead, and Sans notices Papyrus's hoodie left in the snow. Sans feels a burning wave of disgust, he confronts you in the Final Hall, where he has the obligation to stop you from proceeding forward in the dark path you've chosen.
