fun concept, played the browser version and got stuck in the 'retry or menu' screen after I died at wave 16, and esc would bring up the pause menu behind the one I was stuck in, I was full screen and ended up trapped.
10/10 would be trapped again
Hey, your game sounds awesome! I’d recommend doing the following to turn it into a bigger success on Game Jolt!
1. Post about your game, news and updates in as many communities as it makes sense! Communities like Game Dev or Arts n Crafts will get your posts in front of thousands of users! Find more communities here: https://gamejolt.com/communities.
2. Write a bio on your profile. A complete profile always looks more legitimate in the eyes of the community. This is a great place to add in your website or other social channels.
3. Post and update your followers frequently to stay on their radar! :)
About the game
Drafting Towers is a roguelite card game mixed with a tower defense.
You play as a pharaoh, your goal is to defend your pyramids against aliens. Those aliens constructed the pyramids, but that was a long time ago, now the pyramids are ours!
The game is very challenging, I advise you to start at a low difficulty before going for the real challenge in Hard mode.
Game content
- 30 cards
- 10 buildings to play around
- 3 difficulty modes to keep you entertained
- Multiple hours of gameplay

This prototype is mainly a proof of concept. We are working on a brand new version of the game. Our goal with this prototype is to see if people would be interested in a full version of this game.
This game collects data about how you play. We are using this data to balance the game. You can access the data we collect at "Drafting Towers_Data/runs" in windows builds.

I just published my first Steam Page!
I heard it was best to have it up as fast as possible. We still need to work on it but at least you can wishlist the game if you're interested! What do you think about it?
