The humans won, and using their most strongest spell...
they sealed the monsters UNDERGROUND. 202x

6 human children fell into the UNDERGROUND, never to see the light of day again...
The 7th one, was known to be the most DETERMINED of them all.
They decided to use their power for GENOCIDE... ...breaking the timeline and creating a loop of events.
The continuous RESETs not only broke the timeline, but the mind of a perculiar skeleton. In a last attempt to stop the human, Sans began his own GENOCIDE route...
...to end the human once and for all.
However, his attempt was in vain. The human SAVED, and created a new loop.
Sans, now twisted by a cruel fate to remain genocidal, lost his sanity... ...until something changed.
After what seemed to be a fateful encounter, Sans gained new abilities rivaling the human's. and now...
