1999, Danville, Ashford, USA. A government laboratory developing a quick cure for schizophrenia has stopped producing test results. Brave agent Frank Glasses sets out on a reconnaissance mission to find out what happened. During his stay, he is attacked by test subjects and scientists. The tests did not go according to plan, and instead of an instant cure, the mixture made people very aggressive, causing them to take up arms and kill everyone they saw except their own kind. With this knowledge, Frank sets out to stop the epidemic, which was later named EVIL.
