This is the 5th or so remake of this game. It's been in development for about two years and for most of that time and to this day the point of this game is to be a top-down 2-D Call of Duty and this is the result of that simple goal.
This game is still in development and is nowhere near done. And the graphics at some point are going to be redrawn completely.
