thegame wont open when i download it it says risk for pc
How do I play the game?
Pro's:
White everything with no textures make it look like DevGAMM pretty well,
Slow, untextured red neighbor that doesn't change posture looks great too,
& Simple mechanics & objective make it seem like you're playing the same one from the teaser video!
Con's:
I think you should've made both the player & the Neighbor faster (they were somewhat faster in the teaser video),
I also think you could've had the chase music added, but that's not too big a deal,
Finally, I think the ending didn't work right. Maybe it's just me, but I got the cube & tried to get the neighbor to chase me with it, but he didn't shut the garage & catch me.
Overall, great job =)
wtf bro, UE5 and Lumen for this? :skull:
hey @Zorgo , i'm planning to create a pre alpha inspired hello neighbor game with a dark storyline. my goal is to make the game feel both realistic and pyschologically rich, with features like unpredictable ai for theodore such as placing bear traps, using cameras and following more realistic patterns. since you already have experience making games in unreal engine, i wanted to ask if you'd be interested in helping me with this project if you're open to it, you could simply develop the game and then send me the link so i can upload it to my gamejolt page as a demo.
Hello Neighbor: Playable DevGamm
A remake of a DevGamm 2014 animation of Hello Neighbor, which is made playable in this fangame.
A game about breaking into your neighbor's house to investigate suspicious activity and steal a red cube - the main goal of the game.
Good luck and have fun!
Made with Unreal Engine 5 (using Lumen rendering technology).
