Start of part 6.
After Pucci found out Dio died, he found another way to achieve his goal, galaxy.
So instead of resetting the universe and want everything perfect
Galaxy was to erase if not all life in the universe
So Pucci can create his own Universe
Cause galaxy is stronger than over heaven
Not only galaxy can rewrite, but can do more than that like galaxy like abilities
So it's up to Jotaro and maybe the other Joestars to stop Pucci before everything dies and erased.
