Krisspyrune: Legend of the 7 donuts (Deltarune Repaint)

Krisspyrune is a neo-repaint of Deltarune chapter 1 by Toby Fox. Despite having the same framework, it is an entirely new story, with crazy new worlds, and new characters based off Undertale and Deltarune memes and members of Krisspy Cream's discord server.

It is not required to have played Deltarune before playing this mod, as every game mechanic is explained to you, but it is highly recommended, however, considering an entire character revolves around their memories of the original Deltarune.

There is copyrighted music in this mod aaaaa!!!

Krisspyrune has quite a bit of copyrighted music. None of the songs should get you taken down, but stream VODS will most likely be demonetized. I'm sorry for the inconvenience but in my eyes, Krisspyrune wouldn't as fun or interesting without its music choices and I don't want to get rid of the fun and whimsy in the mod. I hope you understand.

What does this mod change?

Mainly sprites, dialogue, and music. There will be occasional gameplay differences, such as overworld layout, enemy damage, and money gained from encounters, but those are few and far between.

How do I play this mod?

Simply download the game, extract the zip File and the exe Is already there! No patching required!

Do I need to be a part of Krisspy Cream's community to understand this mod?

No. While there are many references to Krisspy Cream, I intentionally made it as accessible as possible (Except for a couple speedrun references which I know some people aren't interested in).

Can I play this mod on console?

Most likely not. If there is a way to make this mod work on console, I do not know what that way is and any ports to console are unofficial.

Will Krisspyrune be translated to other languages?

Most likely not. Unofficial translations are welcome, however!

If I find a bug, will you fix it?

I'll try my best! As long as you contact me about the bug, whether that be in a comment on this page, a comment on my YouTube, or DM-ing me on discord.

Who tf are all these characters???

Most main characters are people from Krisspy Cream's discord server. The characters in this mod are parodies and caricatures of the real people. Nothing the characters say, do, or look like are accurate to the real-life people.

There's a lot of grammatical errors in this description and mod.

First of all: not a question. Second: I know. I'm a scrawny teenager who can barely read. Just appreciate the story and ignore the grammatical errors, please!

Will you finish the rest of the chapters?

I intend to. I am pretty sure chapters 2 and 3 are in the hands of other people in the Krisspy cream community, but I will try my best to chapter 4 as great as possible.
