Lightbox 0.0.19 - Commands Update!

Added console commands for chat. (/help).

Added tags for chat and signs ([nickname], [admin], [time], [server], [week]).

Added support for json saves.

Added Chat History.

In the next update, maps will be saved in json, but loading xml maps will still be possible

Chat commands will be added in the next update. I am currently working on improving the game code.
