Okay, lets start with the reason, why was this framework created?
The reason is simple. I saw a lot of exe/regular sonic fangames, that tried to make their own Metal Sonic. And how did they did this? By just simply remodeling Sonic or Shadow. Seeing this, I decided to make my own vision of how Metal Sonic should be played in Not So Simple Sonic Worlds.
Metal Sonic from this project can:
Shoot energy spheres
Float in the air
Destructive Charge (I love Outcome Memories)
Take damage on his own HP bar (YESSS, I LOVE OM)
And heal himself draining his Energy counter
