Here's some advice. From what I have learned (from a comment i saw that you made) you are young, with no idea how to extract an RAR file, so before you make a game i recommend leaning more about programming and the workings of files, computers, coding, ect. The game has a lot of issues being how it was made on scratch. a glaring issue is the start menu. When you first start the game the menu has an issue with the fact it IS possible to open cams, put your mask on and it messes with the menu, making it hard to see. Handling the mask and camera are a bit messy to, when you are trying to find the grey cat (I'm assuming that is Rob) he does not give a sign on when he enters the room, he gets off all cams but you would still need to look through the rest of the cams to even TRY to find him, but by then he will be in your room jump scaring you. Once again as previously said I get you might be young so of course this is now in anyway me bullying you, just trying to help.
