- Tweaked Bomb frequency to balance difficulty.

- Added some vfx and sfx to the bomb.

- Balls can no longer hit top of side walls on spawning.
(will spawn on limit instead)

- Combining balls will increase a "BombBar".
When the bar is full, a bomb is spawned that will
destroy some balls.
